Heavy dose of politics, Existing people can make life hell for newcomers, A clique or cartel exists which does not allow advancement of new recruits, Cab drive to Whitefield sucks big time
Advice to Senior Management
Be more welcoming to new recruits, Antiquated company needs to change its outlook
