3 weeks paid training for entry leve helpdesk.
Cons
Working a cubicle farm. Advancement is joke! I left this work place after 9 months. The supervisor who sat behind didn't even know my name just my login ID number.
Advice to Senior Management
They probably won't care so I will not waste time writing field.
