ProsYou get flight benefits which is awesome, you can basically fly for free anywhere in the US and at a minimal fee international

ConsTravel a lot for work to gather data and when that happens, your working hours go from 40 to 70-80 hours a week.

Advice to Senior ManagementThey consider you like a co worker, an employee. Therefore, you have a lot of responsibilities which is great and your manager usually teaches you a lot.
