Challenging high potential environment. Very highly educated people who are passionate about airlines. Senior Management is cognizant of high achievers and makes sure that they are rewarded and provided with all opportunities to contribute and grow.
Cons
Too much time spent on spinning wheels, there are a lot of very mediocre people at United who prefer the easy lifestyle. United has a highly siloed organizational structure and departments dont communicate very well with each other. This is something that should definitely be improved. Management is very conservative on decisions and often lets many good things pass by

Cut costs! Be competitive on benefits
