Pros

at the time i was hired in 2000, it was the biggest & best airline in terms of pay & benefits for pilots in the industry with plenty of opportunity for growth & advancement.

Cons

We now have completely inept management that even after taking everything they could from pilots like 43% pay cut & terminated our pensions at considerable savings to the company plus other cuts in pay & benefits to just about all employee groups, this company still can't turn a profit. It just one blunder after another & one missed opportunity after another. However, there always seems to be enough money for the ceo & his management team to pull down millions!

Advice to Senior Management

Quit, & let others who actualy want to run & grow an airline come in!
