United Airlines Program Manager in Chicago, IL:   (Current Employee)

Pros

The best part was the co-workers that I worked with. They were very helpful and willing to share their knowledge when I first started. Definitely a team environment.

Cons

Number of days off in terms of holidays weren't the best - it is the airline business. Management was cheap on travel expenses. Had to pay your travel costs and then be reimbursed by the company.

Advice to Senior Management

Show respect for your employees no matter what. Do something different with the travel cost. That was ridiculous to make employees pay their own travel expense on their personal credit cards and then file for reimbursement.
