I have been working at United Airlines as a contractor (more than 10 years)

Pros

Working Culture is good. People are nice. Teams, Sr Managers,Directors, MDs, VPs are good.
High family values.

Cons

Missing a structured working format. But this is negligible component when team and bosses are good and very cooperative to oversee the issues.

    Pros

    Dynamic environment where no 2 days are the same as we constantly react to external factors, whether economic, competitive, natural, or political.
    Working with like-minded individuals who have a passion for travel and know what it takes to provide true customer service.
    Travel benefits!

    Cons

    Still working through the merger, which is a great learning experience, but can get frustrating at times.
