ProsPay is substantial, plenty of opportunity to grow career wise and to learn new skills. Flexible schedule and can work from home if necessary.

ConsLots of changes going on right now due to the merger which can cause some difficulties but there is progress. There is a hiring freeze until the end of March so that was disappoitning to learn. Not sure the position will remain in Houston or be relocated to Chicago.
