    Neutral Outlook
    Disapproves of CEO

I worked at United Airlines full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Flight benefits, working for a company that everyone knows, diverse workforce, good people at lower levels

    Cons

Frequent reorganizations, lack of departmental vision, many instances of leadership (directors, managing directors and VPs) being inexperienced in their areas of responsibility and doing more talking than leading/doing, "Go Forward Plan" (company business plan) is more words/propaganda than true actions, extremely hierarchical

    Advice to Management

Don't be afraid of allowing good ideas to flow up from the lower levels of the organization; Reward those who push the company forward/out of its comfort zone; Do rather than talk about doing
