Upward Mobility Constraint

Pros- Travel Benefits are the anchor that keep people in company.
- Great co-workers.

Cons- Very hard to move up in organization
- A lot of waste (non value add activities)
-Culture not defined yet
- Lack of accountability all throughout company

Advice to Senior Management- Most merger activity is done, tighten up controls, clean up non-value add activities

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
