    Pros

opportunities for career advancement, great flight benefits, 401k matching, generous vacation, very reasonable medical, dental, and life insurance costs

    Cons

many jobs have been outsourced to foreign contractors, frequently impacted by economic conditions, frequent reductions-in-force

    Advice to Management

Try to employ better strategies to both retain and further develop experienced employees, when administering performance reviews, use fractional ratings and prorate salary adjustments to more accurately reflect and reward work accomplished, find better ways to deal with difficult economic conditiions than by continually laying off employees, especially those with many years of experience
