Look elsewhere for employment

Customer Service Representative (Former Employee) Washington, DC

ProsAn opportunity to make some lifelong friends.

ConsThe merger has destroyed the culture and atmosphere. The new management team is competely out of touch with active and retired employees. There is no compassion and respect for the human factor. The customers are leaving and looking elsewhere. A shame for the legacy UAL. Greed is the word to describe the New United Airlines!

Advice to Senior ManagementTreat employees and retirees with respect. Work as a team throughout the company.
