I have been working at United Airlines full-time for more than 5 years

Pros

Flight benefits... Flight benefits... Flight benefits!!! Working in Willis Tower is also fun and Chicago is a good place to live. Airline industry is becoming more viable and profitable in recent years due to consolidation.

Cons

Low vacation to start. 11 days to start 16 at 5 years and 21 at 10 years. Flight benefits have been chiseled at over the last few years... hopefully they don't gut them anymore.

    Pros

I loved working at United Airlines as a Flight Attendant. Great Flight Benefits and great coworkers. Really great benefits and so many places to travel.

    Cons

Long hours and the Union didn't give good support when you really needed it. Sitting Reserve is the worst thing! And you will have to sit reserve for the first five years.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Great job. Keep doing what you are doing
