    Poor treatment of injured workers; unfair treatment of workers with repetitve injuries

    Pros

    Once was a great career choice. Exciting job

    Cons

    Management is incompetent and have no idea how to run an airline
    No focus on growth smisek thinks he can cut his way to profitability while destroying employees, systems and assets. Upper management has no regard for customers or employees. Most delays, most lost baggage, most mechanical delays

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Hire someone that wants to run instead of ruin an airline. Take your money and run Jeff maybe someone will be able to salvage what you are destroying
