    Awful and very disorganized company!

    I worked at United Airlines

    Pros

The flight benefits, offices are located at the Willis tower and it's in downtown.

    Cons

Awful and very disorganized company that doesn't really care about its employees. There was confusion almost all of the time on how to handle projects and processes in general. A lot of frustration in trying to complete projects because of a lot of politics that goes on in their. A waste of time and they literally take internal, talented resources for granted. The place is toxic in general that takes its talented employees for granted.

    Pros

Great coworkers and no two days are the same. We have each others back even if upper management does not.

    Cons

Customer services starts from the top down. Since the two airlines have come together there have been computers glitches, flight crew delays and low morale among the staff.

    Advice to Management

Take care of your staff and the staff will take care of the customers. Stop taking the staff for granted.
