Pros

Extremely exciting company that offers a lot of career opportunities to grow from within. Leadership mentors those who want to rise within the company and the overall culture is excellent. A truly awesome company to work for and a lot of fun.

Cons

Management salary is often based off previous salary compared to competitive salary among new position, even if that means a considerably lower salary.

Great benefits. Ability to pick up lots of extra shifts. Yet no inspiration to do more or reach full potential.

I have been working at United Airlines part-time (more than an year)

    Pros

Fly for free anywhere in the world. Flexible work schedule. If it doesn't conflict with other full time jobs.

    Cons

All employees are not trying to excel at their job. Complacency trickles down from employees who have been there for too long. Slow wage gain. yearly raises. Hard to distinguish yourself ad being a great worker when there are no clear rewards. Hard to balance making a living wage along with not working two jobs or working all your time away.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Invest in the best employees possible. Screen and select the best possible new talent. Reward specifically for people who work harder/better than others.
