Flight benefits and pay compensation.

Company in disarray, and Quarterly Earnings Reports bear that out. No accountability or responsibility throughout entire organization. Management is only worried about their own self preservation, and nothing of substance or change gets accomplished at all. Money is being wasted like drunken sailors home on leave. Management wastes money so has not to have finger pointed at them. Everything is reactive, and nothing is proactive costing company millions in maintenance and inventory costs. And re-located management from merger refuses to relocate. But instead commutes to new location weekly/daily, displacing revenue passengers, and they then expense out living and commutting costs within department budgets, with necessary business travel by subordinates being curtailed and not approved within departments to accomodate management's personal commutting.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Top leadership needs to wake up and observe what is going on. Most management lacks even the basics of being adequate managers. They feel controlling everything is the answer. Highly experienced and skilled workers are paidd no attention to, and stupid idiotic decisions that are wasting company capital are being made by leaders who have absolutely no experience or knowledge of what they are doing. Need 360 degree review process to get employee feedback on management and kick the incompentent and ineffective managers to the curb (that's at least 90% of all of them from my experience).
