OK to work for, plenty of potential for career growth, many learn here & then leave for better paid roles elsewhere.

I have been working at United Biscuits full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

Great opportunities to travel & learn at your own pace. Invests in its people with relevant training courses available to workers at all levels.

    Cons

The business is very repetitive & slow to change. It is limited by misaligned functions & ultimately this comes from the demands of its owners Blackstone & PAI to deliver financial results above all else. Lower level & mid level management have very little power in reality. Senior managers get involved in some surprisingly low level operational decisions.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Align each functions objectives for more efficient teams & crossfuctional co-operation. Empower your people to do more.
