I worked at United Community Banks (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Great company. Wonderful and caring people to work with.

    Cons

Downsizing has become the trend. The new COO has shifted customer focus to investor focus and the company seems to have lost touch with some of its values. The COO favors hiring new people who are like him over maintaining staff that has shown loyalty and innovation over the years.

    Advice to Management

Value your employees and their loyalty.
