I have been working at United Launch Alliance full-time for less than a year

ProsThe management treats the employees like people.
There are opportunities for advancement.
The work is challenging.
The other employees are good to work with.
The medical benefits and paid time off are great.

ConsSometimes the hours can be long.
There is a lot of documentation to doing work for the government.
There are a lot of requirements to meet to satisfy our compliance department.

Advice to Senior ManagementPush back to DCAA to keep their requirements reasonable.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company

When there is a layoff,management and HR are off limits.
