    Pros

had a wonderful work experience with UNICEF and UNFPA. the people were good and office policies are just right; work pressure is just right.

    Cons

all depends on management style of the boss,.. but poor leadership can lead to turfing and polarization of staff. and staff satisfaction very limited career opportunities.

    Advice to Management

Country Representatives should be well screened to make sure that only those that can truly create good teamwork, and promote good relationships and good performance of the country office get appointed to the post.
