    Can't seem to grow organicly

    Advice to Management

You dont have to know rental to run this buisness. you have to know business. Go get some talent from other sectors to grow from good to great.

    Pros

Most Employees were very good to deal with
    Great benefits
    Close to home

    Cons

Very difficult to move up in the company
Would be required to work long hours in a day, or be "on call" and if you got called out in the middle of the night for say 4 hours, instead of paying you overtime they would require you to come in 4 hours late 2 days after you were called out.
There was nothing to make you want to be there, they removed all employee perks.
    Very poor Management.
Pay was minimal for the work done. (i've worked at places with less pay and were a100 times more enjoyable)

    Advice to Management

Take care of your employees and they will more than take care of you.
