I have been working at United Rentals

    Pros

Good Pay, Easy Advancement, Sector Leader, Good Upper Management, Great Training

    Cons

Lower level management regularly incompetent and archaic in their methodology. Implemented technology is way behind the times.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Hire leaders to run branches, not "guys that were good at sales". Salesmen aren't always leaders.
