ProsGreat pay, awesome benefits, good location & close drive to work, very friendly work staff, Great Vendors to work with. It was nice working for the largest rental company in the world, they had lots of pull. Decent upper management. Growth potential. Safety very important.

ConsBesides getting laid off, not too bad. Upper management sometimes tried to micro manage too much.

Advice to Senior ManagementLess micro management.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company

I have been working at United Rentals full-time for more than 5 years

Pros: Good pay In my office, great managers who care about you… Cons: Since the acquisition with RSC, United Rentals has taken on their policies and their people. Upper management are pushing out the United Rentals people and… Advice to Senior Management: Stop with the micro management. Listen to your employees! When we were told we were buying RSC, they all said… No, I would not recommend this company to a friend More
