    Pros

    Good pay. Industry leader.
Good benefits for the most part
Has potential to create an amazing company structure

    Cons

Company Culture, especially in corporate environment. It is shockingly the worst work environment I've ever seen. Short cuts are constantly taken on reports, violating procedures, HR dept. makes no sense in structure, "good ol boys" type culture, no one opinion matters unless your senior level. No trust is given to employees. All big ideas, no execution.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Hire Leaders, not managers who just copy whatever their boss does. Trust your staff! Listen to them. When you post a job description, make sure it actually aligns with the work expected to be performed. Be open to suggestions from the field. Stop treating employees like children, treat them as adults. You have employees with great skills and knowledge but hold them back from applying it. Don't be afraid to develop your staff! Hire trainers who don't talk down to leaders and managers in the field, but treat them like adults. And lastly, realize just because you're in "corporate" does not make you better than anyone.
