“Richly rewarding but too short”
Current Employee – been working at United Space Alliance full-time for more than 10 years
Pros – Flexible hours, good health insurance, great work environment.
Cons – Not diverse enough to provide shelter from layoffs.
Advice to Senior Management – Encourage cross training to prepare workforce for transition to local economy, post-layoff..
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
