I have been working at United Supermarkets part-time (more than an year)

    Pros

Fantastic opportunity for high school kids looking for a job
    Extremely flexible hours
    Friendly environment
Excellent company values and corporate structure. Even the store director can be seen walking someone out with their groceries.

    Cons

Low pay with very little opportunity for a raise
    Monotonous
Cliques tend to form within separate departments. Combine that with high school kids, and it can be pretty insufferable.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Let your employees provide their feedback so that you can gain valuable insight with regards to making your company better. The customer is always right, but you need employees who are motivated to progress.
