United Technologies Lead Engineer in Hartford, CT:   (Current Employee)

Pros

Respected and reputable company. Has many technology platform that will enable to it to grow in the future. Engineers are treated well.

Cons

Typically large corporation redtape and slow to move. Could provide more job related training or seminars. Better systematic and objective performance review. Engineers have less weigth in making project decisions.

Advice to Senior Management

Engineers are the most valuable asset the company has. Increase pay and benefits to be market competitive.
