    I have been working at United Technologies full-time for more than 5 years


    Pros: Lots of different technologies and mutiple locations to work. Pay is okay. Benefits are okay. Employee scholarship program is very good. I would recommend… Cons: Too many silos. Too centralized. Employees are not engaged because they really don't have the ability to change anything of substance. No trust from top… Advice to Senior Management: Trust us and we will trust you. We just might suprise you. Most employees really do want to work hard and see the company grow… No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company… More
