Overall enjoyable experience

Mover (Former Employee)

ProsThe wages were fair and paid beter than other competitors. Management was friendly and showed interest in health and safety of employees. Overtime/weekend jobs were always easy to come by

ConsHours were usually longer than originally specified and sometimes we were understaffed and needed more men to finish a job.

Advice to Senior ManagementKeep employees empowered by offering more positive feedback and incentives to work harder and longer. Keep employees in crews that work well together which improves morale

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend
