Pros

Always looking to make someone's life better!

Cons

Not enough contributors, everyone cares & wants to help, not many have the time or resources.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

I'd like to get inside of this organization & work, volunteer, & educate other about how they can help within their communities!

I worked at United Way full-time (less than a year)

    Pros

Respected in the community, and runs a fiscally sound organization.

    Cons

Hires on impression rather than experience. Hires friends of friends.
