Pros

Great people
Liked the type of work
Good hours

Cons

There was no opportunity for permanent employment while I was there.
Things often done at the last minute ( where is that not a con?)

    Pros

Flexibility in schedule. Staff is amazing, and everyone loves working there. Lots of fun events, fundraisers, and they have speakers come in from all the local NPO's.

    Cons

Pay isn't so great. Can be demanding sometimes, including weekends and late nights. Hard to obtain a job, unless hired as an intern.

    Advice to Management

Give more opportunities to other entry level employees to begin working for the organization.

    Pros

    Opportunity to meet community leaders

    Cons

CEO has conned the community and they follow like mice. CEOs salary keeps increasing while funds to help those in need decrease. CEO changes staff and projects constantly. Job security isn't even a value at a human service organization.

    Advice to Management

Get a conscious Care about something or someone other than yourself
