    Pros

Great place to work. Community feels involved communication is top notch and the company actually makes you feel like it cares

    Cons

Not much, there is some organization issues in company documentation but aside from that there isn't anything off the top of hand that I would say as a con for this company

I have been working at UnitedHealth Group full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Company does promote *some* individuals very quickly all the way up to the senior management level, regardless of the persons age. Opportunities to learn the business and have exposure to all levels of management and take on new responsibilities. Good paid time off and work/life balance.

    Cons

Many acquisitions over the years means lots of outdated systems that are not integrated which make for what seems to be a straight forward request for data to become a huge, time consuming task. Constantly asked to innovate, improve processes, and a greater level of detail in financial reports...yet our systems/tools again make the process time consuming, tedious, inefficient, and prone to errors. Health benefits offered to employees are the worst I have seen at any company. In an effort to continue to improve profitability, constantly squeezing expenses out meaning office is pretty bare-bones and seems like such a huge request to get basic office supplies.

    Neutral Outlook
    No opinion of CEO
