There are no pros at all. No room for advancement. This is a dead end job.

Horrible mgt, 35 cent raises only, Write ups all the time, benefits horrible

    Family atomsphere, freedom, team environment. Company has strong moral values.

    Cons

    Have no real say in decision making process even when you are senior management. 2 year non compete agreement, so if you leave you cannot work in the industry for that period of time.
