United Health Care improving

RN Case Manager (Current Employee) Saint Louis, MO

ProsGreat working environment, caring and active community. The Paid Time Off policy is very flexible. There is also a factor in which an extra week of PTO can be borrowed if necessary. Most levels begin at 23 days paide time off per year with 8 paid holidays. Most professional jobs do not require nights, weekends or holidays.

ConsManagement is overworked, all departments are short staff. Corporate doesn't have a clue most of the time in their decision making. Departments do not share information and policies are often conflicting

Advice to Senior ManagementListen to your employees Be honest about overseas employees. Pay for decent healthcare. Many employees can't afford their medicines due to cheap health plan
