UnitedHealth Group – “Okay place to work until you can find something better.”
Pros
Opportunities to learn and get experience
Cons
Low salaries, long work hours. I don't think they are as concerned about retaining employees as they are about keeping executive compensation high.
Advice to Senior Management
Treat your employees with respect and you may see some great things.
