    Pros

Relaxed work and milestones. Work from home facility. Working for a Fortune 22 company gives a big high.

    Cons

Repeating the work. Your documentation can be read by your team members. But you have to describe the documents to your program manager (in US) for several times. These meetings disrupt the development work and are sometimes useless and monotonous.

I worked at UnitedHealth Group full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

    Exciting career growth opportunity.
Flexibility of work-from-home option - on need basis.
    Very good compensation.
A lot of training programs available to learn from.

    Cons

Not much of onshore travel to work closely with the onshore counterparts and hence the occurrence of too many conference calls/ meetings.
Workplace is allocated on shift basis so not much of dedicated work environment.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

The managers tend to be a bit more aggressive having been asked to meet all goals with high expectations.
