At Prescription Solutions under United Health Group, a pharmacist can get the opportunity to gain alot of experience in managed care pharmacy by given the chance to work for various department such as prior authorization, client managment, clinical services, and industry relations. The pharmacist can then be a valuable asset for himself.

Cons

The biggest down side of working for this company is that employee is under paid. United Health and Prescription Solutions don't even match what the market is paying. Heck. United does not want to give any of their employees pay raises this year because the company has alot of fines to pay. Pretty pathetic.

Advice to Senior Management

Take care of the employees. Pay them well. Avoid micromanaging your employees and you will have happy employees. Thus, you will have better retention.
