Cons

Incompetence at almost every level of the organization. Disjointed and disorganized. Unwilling to make changes and assume business practices that are proven in other companies within the industry. Health benefits are atrocious.

Advice to Senior Management

Listen to your employees and keep an eye on the minor problems and a lot of the big problems will disappear. Don't expect employees to skip to work when they tell you over and over what is wrong and you ignore them based on 'funding', when we know you are giving yourself multimillion awards and bonuses.
