Director (Current Employee)
Houston, TX

ProsLots of opportunity for people willing to relocate with nationwide locations. Company seems to be growing which may provide additional locations

ConsRegardless of years with the company, your entire career is in the hands of your most recent manager, which changes at least annually. There is little stability in the management team in Texas for the Medicaid plan

Advice to Senior ManagementDo not let new leadership in a market tell you every existing employee including those with long tenure are bad and need to be replaced. Do not ask employees to take 'cultural training" that the rSenior Executives and leadership are unwilling to practice themselves

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
