Too many changes within leadership and senior management, organization so large unable to understand org structure, leadership spends more time in meetings than anything else

    Some Executives are self-centered and highly political as with any large company

    Huge company, which means opportunities are everywhere. There is much encouragement for personal and professional growth as well as encouragement to participate in volunteer activities.

    Cons

    Many times, corporate policy can get in the way of rewarding hard work in a timely manner. Depending on the job, work can sometime be tedious and repetitive.
