Pros

UnitedHealth offers good benefits and opportunities to advance.

Cons

UnitedHealth is an enormous bureaucracy and it is easy to be just a cog in their machine.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

A mentoring program or career development program would really help you retain people who gain new skills and want to advance.

Also, developing a program to identify and retain great employees would really help you

    Pros

    Very few if any Pro's

    Cons

Terrible insurance policy benefits for the employee Call center was run by people in Houston TX and the only thing that mattered was call work time and surveys. The problem was that members and providers were not being helped because the company only focused on getting them off the phone in a certain number of seconds and getting "5's" on surveys. Nothing else mattered
