Good but with limited advancement

Senior Programmer Analyst (Current Employee)
West Valley City, UT

ProsWe have a generous PTO allowance of 4-5 weeks, competitive salaries, and friendly coworkers. In many positions telecommuting is allowed. A pretty diverse work environment with men, and women of many ages, races and backgrounds.

ConsSome of the corporate IT policies are very restrictive and the workstation software tends to be very outdated. I find there are limited opportunities for advancement within the company. Salary increases and bonuses are infrequent or non-existent depending upon what your pay grade is, how much your manager likes you, and who others in your department are.

Advice to Senior ManagementIf you want to keep your talented staff it would be a good idea to make more opportunities for advancement for long time employees.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend
