    Pros

    Per visit compensation is $135.00 to include $95.00 per assessment $20.00 for travel and $20.00 for case write-up.

    Cons

    Schedulers are unable to fill a providers patient appointment slots. Patients frequently cancel. IT equipment outdated. Home Health Assignments based on mileage from providers home while traffic patterns (going into Phildelphia) may cause extremely lengthy commuting times.

    Scheduling department needs competent leadership/management to be effective.

    It is a tremendous company to work for, and very responsive the the Medicare marketplace.

    Pros

    Quick to react to changing regulations and customer needs.
    They pay very well.

    Cons

    There is a lot of overnight travel required for this position. There is a huge amount of paperwork and about 6 hours each weekend time taken this position.
