Bad Upper Management

Customer Service Professional (Former Employee)

I worked at UnitedHealth Group full-time for more than a year

ProsWorking at home is the only perk for this company.

ConsUpper Management are not qualified to be management. Do not give employees a chance if make an error....do not care what happens and guide you. All worried about is the survey that the members leave....but cannot redeem is the member did not understand the scoring. Supervisor have there favorites and anyone else they try to get rid of without giving a second chance. Benefits are horrible....for an insurance company they should not have you pay. You have to be a favorite of management to get anywhere. Make promises to employees and used them but do not promote! Can't believe they are in business still.

Advice to Senior ManagementGet management that has customer service experience and train them to be compassionate! People do have lives and things happen...

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
