    Pros

Great people, learning opportunities for growth

    Cons

Purchased so many companies with different systems, they may clash in transition and SOPs causing headaches. Not streamlined, but company is working towards this, but not fast enough due to monies. Projects still go through, might have to wait a year though. The company uses six sigma, however the concept does not always fit every aspect and the company needs to also factor in ideas more.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Continue to strive for a more streamlined business. There is plenty of career opportunities for growth with employees, HR Dept. needs to be restructured, HR is the block between managers and your growth. No one likes HR Dept. The company should have an HR Person at site with a certain head count. The job is done remotely, so should be no issue. Senior management does great with memos, but you should get on department heads to communicate with employees to carry on your vision. This is not happening now causing disconnect and distortion on our culture of values. Go undercover at sites. If high profile, send in someone we don't know to do a job and get real employee feedback.
