Great place to work if you want to challenge yourself

Project Manager (Former Employee) Santa Ana, CA

ProsFascinating work. Great people to work with. UHG does a great job of hiring in talented, intelligent people. You often feel proud of your work; especially when it is the result of a team effort with amazing team members.

ConsHigh management turnover rate. Management team (business group manager, director and SVP) changed six times in the 3 years I was there. Communication to those below the business group manager level is non-existent.

Advice to Senior ManagementCommunicate company direction and goals to the lowest levels.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend
