Current Employee - RN Case Manager in Greensboro, NC
Current Employee - RN Case Manager in Greensboro, NC

I have been working at UnitedHealth Group full-time (less than an year)

Pros

Smooth interview process, very friendly; online application submitted, call from HR a few days later to set up an HR phone interview; phone interview was a bit stiff-just info gathering/confirming with 1 situational question; call the next day from local hiring manager to set up face to face; job offer from HR the same day as face to face interview

Cons

None yet; compensation offered was over what I requested and benefits package generous! Seems great so far....

Your typical Behemoth company! Not for the smart people, they want average workers.

I have been working at UnitedHealth Group full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

The opportunity to telecommute full-time. Compensation package is solid.

    Cons

It's a large enterprise and consequently, change takes time. There's a lot of change, not always good and not always the fault of UHC, but it's constant and often inexplicable and ambiguous.
