Pros – Working for a respected company looks great on the resume. Employees can receive tuition teimbursement and benefits such as insurance, etc. If you are willing to go with their policies, money can be great.
Cons – The employee moral is usually low. The fairness of promotions and such is to be questioned by many. I sell health insurance plans to people all day that are better than the ones offered to me as an employee. Thankfully I rarely use it but that is not the care for everyone.
Advice to Senior Management – Mainstream systems and policies. Merging so many companies causes for a lot of differences and investing in a system that would make thigns eaiser.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
