Current Employee – been working at Unity Bank

Pros – Small bank makes it simple to get ideas and thoughts quickly to upper management. Very few useless employees, everyone knowledgeable and relatively hardworking. Good benefits

Cons – Impossible to imagine the loads of redundant and useless reports and paperwork required daily. Small bank makes it relatively unknown. Time off impossible when you need it unless youve been there for quite a while.

Advice to Senior Management – Get rid of paper waste by removing all these required reports and sig cards that are unnecessary and archaic in these digital times
