I love working at UASC, the people and work environment are great.

Manager, Administration (Current Employee)
Duluth, GA

ProsI've been at UASC for 16 years. I feel our senior management is wonderful. There is a very 'open door' feeling where questions are always welcome. They have set long and short term goals for the company and work hard to keep reaching those goals.
I enjoy the people I work with and feel very close to most of them. They work hard and have that sometimes hard to find quality work ethic.

ConsI'm feeling pretty generous right now and can't think of the cons. I'll return as soon as I have something.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company

    Great people, okay employer.

    Software Engineer I (Current Employee)
    Duluth, GA

I have been working at Universal Avionics full-time

Pros: Great family environment. Excellent camaraderie between employees. Cons: Upper management seems to favor specific company locations. Not a lot… Advice to Senior Management: Treat all employees equally. Reward performance. Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend More

Spring board for Hardware group, Microsoft, Redmond-WA

    Engineer (Former Employee)
    Redmond, WA

I worked at Universal Avionics full-time for more than a year

Pros: Good place to learn practical electronics (Hardware), application (software), systems as well as component testing. The company has… Cons: Too much loud voice, Real bad breadths, Look busy-do-nothing, Flop in integrating new employees with work, Very low… Advice to Senior Management: Do less bragging and more real work. Spend less on advertising and more on improving the quality of avionics products. The top management in US… No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company… More
